Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of StillTold and the tribute pages created through the service.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and be legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for activity under your account. StillTold may review or approve accounts before enabling creation tools.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant StillTold a limited license to host, process, display, resize, back up, and transmit that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share every story, image, and personal detail you upload.
Respectful and lawful use
Do not submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or privacy-invasive content. Do not impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, scrape private content, or use the service to harass people. We may hide memories, restrict access, or remove content that violates these terms or creates a safety or legal concern.
AI-assisted content
AI-generated drafts are suggestions and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing facts, tone, permissions, and suitability before saving or publishing AI-assisted content.
Availability and changes
We work to keep StillTold available and preserve tribute content, but we do not promise uninterrupted service or permanent storage. Features, limits, and pricing may change. Account holders should retain copies of important original photographs and writing.
Disclaimers and liability
StillTold is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for user-submitted claims, factual errors, third-party conduct, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Termination
You may stop using the service and request deletion through our contact form. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks, legal requirements, or prolonged operational necessity. Where practical, we will provide reasonable notice.
